Responsibilities

• Support key metrics tracking and reporting for the Sales and Services organization.
• Deliver operational initiatives including sales goaling, variable compensation, territory design, and sales performance reporting.
• Develop and maintain sales resources, including Outlook distribution lists, SharePoint sites, contract management tools, and pricing documentation.
• Provide sales tracking, reporting, and analytical support to leadership and business partners.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting systems to support accurate business insights.
• Assess existing workflows, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Variable Compensation, IT, and HR to improve processes and support objectives.
• Document operational processes and maintain workflow documentation to support consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to projects that enhance sales effectiveness and operational performance.
• Build strong working relationships across departments to support cross‑functional collaboration and successful execution of business initiatives.
