Job summary

ZURU in the United States seeks an analyst to own the analytical engine across North American retail accounts, from assortment planning to P&L review. The role spans five levers: assortment, forecasting, inventory/PO management, in-season replenishment, and the full reporting stack.

You will work with Databricks, AWS, Claude AI, and Circana/NielsenIQ data. In this role, you’ll drive forecast accuracy, optimize inventory, and prepare data-driven narratives for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in sales operations, planning, category management, or retail analytics.
• CPG, toy, or consumer brands experience preferred, or top retailer planner/replenishment analyst experience.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to defend a point of view.

Responsibilities

• Own demand forecasting and inventory ladder management for assigned accounts.
• Build and maintain the inventory flow plan and monitor PO release vs. commit.
• Lead weekly chase and cancel data prep and decision meetings; drive action across functions.
• Manage in-season replenishment and in-stock reporting with proactive actions.
• Support pre-season line reviews, slot plans, and competitive analytics.
• Run weekly/monthly POS and category insights with Circana/NielsenIQ/Walmart Luminate.
• Lead monthly customer P&L reviews, including margin and pricing dynamics.
• Operate in Databricks, AWS, Claude AI, and planning tools; scale analysis with AI.
