Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership & Advisory
    • Serve as a strategic analytics advisor to senior leaders, providing counsel on leveraging data and insights for critical business decisions.
    • Partner with business owners across functions to define analytics objectives, align priorities, and co-create KPIs that measure and improve performance.

  • Analytics Leadership
    • Develop, align, and oversee analytical plans that address high-priority business questions and opportunities.
    • Proactively identify and propose innovative analytical methodologies, data models, and measurement frameworks to support emerging needs.
    • Ensure analytical outputs are not only accurate and timely but also translated into clear, actionable insights that drive measurable impact.
  • Cross-Domain Insights
    • Oversee analytics across multiple business domains, synthesizing data to identify enterprise-wide patterns, opportunities, and risks.
    • Ensure a consistent, organization-wide approach to metrics, reporting, and insight delivery.

    • Set team priorities, allocate resources effectively, and ensure delivery against agreed timelines and quality standards.
    • Mentor and develop junior and senior analysts’ technical capabilities, business acumen, and stakeholder influence skills.

  • Minimum 5 years of analytics experience working with cross-functional business partners in a complex organization.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing KPIs and measurement frameworks that drive performance improvement.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing and developing teams.
  • Experience with machine learning or advanced statistical modeling is a plus.
  • Advanced experience using Python for complex analysis, reusable solutions, or scalable analytics workflows is a strong plus, but not required.
