Paramount is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Analytics to partner with the business and deliver clear, data-driven insights that drive growth across products and experiences. You will synthesize multiple data sources to inform decisions and shape short- and long-term strategies.

As a strategic analytics leader, you will track retail performance, translate complex data into compelling narratives, and support BI initiatives while communicating with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related discipline preferred.
• Superior business acumen and research skills.
• Exemplary verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively to meet deadlines; hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of retail/consumer goods a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as thought partner to business teams, delivering data-driven insights for strategic planning.
• Leverage multiple data sources to inform product and retail strategies.
• Monitor retail POS performance to measure campaign effectiveness.
