Job summary
Dr Reddy’s in the United States seeks a Lead Associate, Portfolio to support the North America portfolio strategy across Value Added Medicines, Biosimilars, and Injectable Generics. The role evaluates new product opportunities, market attractiveness, and development pathways, and builds business cases to drive portfolio growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor1s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 31-5 years in pharmaceutical portfolio strategy or related roles.
- Experience with biosimilars, injectables, and value-added medicines.
Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of North America portfolio strategy across Value Added Medicines, biosimilars and injectable products.
- Evaluate new opportunities via market assessment, regulatory evaluation, competitive analysis, and commercial viability reviews.
- Develop business cases, financial models and recommendations for leadership decisions.
- Monitor biosimilar and injectable market dynamics, exclusivity periods, reimbursement trends.
- Prepare portfolio analyses and present product recommendations for senior leadership.
