Job summary

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories is seeking a Senior Manager / Lead Associate Strategy & Analytics for the SRx business. The role focuses on transforming market, customer, contract, pricing, inventory, and launch data into actionable insights to support forecasting, governance, and strategy execution.

You will partner with Product Management, Sales, Finance, Portfolio, and senior leadership to strengthen forecasting and digital analytics, while leading efforts across Specialty and Health Systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmaceuticals, Chemical Engineering, Sciences, or related field required.
Advanced degree preferred (MBA, Analytics, Statistics, or related).
5+ years in U.S. generic pharmaceutical strategy/analytics; 3+ years for Analyst.

Responsibilities

Support annual planning, target setting and portfolio prioritization.
Provide competitive intelligence and actionable market insights.
Manage monthly forecasting and identify risks and opportunities.
Develop dashboards and analytics integrating sales, pricing, inventory, and contract data.
