Navitus Health Solutions in Florida is seeking a Sr. Manager, Key Analytics to lead the centralized Navitus Key Analytics team.

You will partner with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver insights that drive business growth, client retention, and market competitiveness. The role oversees multidisciplinary analytics—underwriting, pricing, rebates, finance, and performance reporting—and translates complex data into actionable recommendations for executives and cross-functional partners to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Statistics, or equivalent work experience, required.
• 5+ years of progressive Healthcare Economic/Financial Modeling and Analysis experience.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience in pricing strategy and market analysis.
• Experience with RFPs and competitive market analysis.
• Experience with SAS, SQL, and/or QlikSense preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Navitus Key Analytics team with accountability for client performance analytics, competitive intelligence, financial modeling, underwriting support, network pricing analysis, and strategic insights.
• Oversee development and delivery of integrated analyses that combine underwriting, rebate economics, pricing strategies, market intelligence, and reporting to support decision-making.
• Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Network Strategy, Finance, and other functions to evaluate opportunities and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Serve as a strategic advisor during client consultations, renewal discussions, and market-facing engagements.
• Direct analyses to identify opportunities to improve competitiveness and support growth initiatives.
