Job summary

You will partner with Risk stakeholders to develop analytics and recommendations related to strategy development, implementation, and performance monitoring, aligning growth with the firm’s risk appetite.

Qualifications

• MS degree or BS degree with 3+ years of risk management or quantitative experience.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with SAS, Python, or SQL.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply strategic analytical skills to support day-to-day risk analytics and identify trends and patterns in complex datasets.
• Translate analysis into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders through data visualization.
• Monitor and assess emerging risks across housing market, regulatory environment, and consumer behavior; recommend adaptive strategies to mitigate credit risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address business challenges, define risk segmentation approaches, and establish risk tracking and controls.
