Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Associate in Home Lending Decision Science to lead discrete analytics and business-case workstreams that inform Product Strategy prioritization. You will frame problems, define success metrics, quantify impact and tradeoffs, and communicate clear recommendations.

You will coordinate with Strategy, Product, Marketing, Originations, Finance, and Technology to gather inputs, ensure accuracy, and drive timely decisions across home lending initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills with practical experience applying data analysis to business decisions.
• Proficiency with at least one analytics language/tool (Python, R, or SAS).
• Ability to frame problems, define success metrics, and quantify impact.
