Job summary

Catalyst IQ is seeking an Analyst, Business & Strategy to turn data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth and retention. You will work at the intersection of MarketAI, sales, finance, and operations to identify opportunities and improve profitability.

You will build and maintain dashboards, provide executive-ready reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into strategic actions that impact retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, data, economics, information systems, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in business analytics, financial analysis, strategy, operations, or a related field, automotive experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into clear business recommendations.
• Advanced Excel and experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI; experience with ERP/CRM/financial systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business, financial, customer, product, and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and drivers of performance.
• Translate findings into timely, actionable recommendations to improve retention, growth, efficiency, resource allocation and profitability.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting for KPIs, OKRs, and business reviews; prepare reporting for leadership and Board reviews.
• Analyze MarketAI, customer, market, inventory, and competitive data to identify revenue, retention, cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
