Job summary

Amazon Austin seeks a Senior Program Manager – Analytics & Insights to lead WWGS analytics across Culinary teams and Private Brands. You will translate complex questions and disparate data into actionable recommendations, walking programs from design to delivery and storytelling for senior leadership.

The role requires strong program management, deep analytics, and the ability to influence across the organization while thriving in ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, macros, SQL, visualization tools - Tableau, Quicksight, etc.
• 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: quantitative/financial analysis, program/project management, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, category management, pricing, marketing, or e-commerce.
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional programs or projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads Culinary insights program, structuring analytical approaches for ambiguous data to generate recommendations.
• Supports cross-banner analytics across WWGS banners.
• Authors executive-ready analytic narratives for senior leadership.
• Manages full lifecycle of insights programs with timely delivery.
• Translates stakeholder questions into analyses for cross-functional decision making.
• Establishes repeatable frameworks where data or processes are ill-defined.
