Job summary

SimplePractice LLC is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst, Strategic Health Analytics, to support Clinical and Commercial development through rigorous, evidence-based analysis.

You will blend technical problem-solving with strategic thinking to shape analytical approaches and deliver decision-ready narratives. This role suits a strong individual contributor who enjoys solving complex questions, finding patterns, and turning analysis into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data analytics experience or related roles.
• Strong SQL and experience with large datasets.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Proficiency in Python or similar languages.
• Solid statistical foundation: regression, hypothesis testing, experimentation.
• Ability to translate analysis into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects across functions.
• Interest in healthcare analytics and domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Clinical, Commercial, and Product stakeholders to define questions and analytical approaches.
• Communicate data-driven insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support business development conversations with data-driven insights and storytelling.
• Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Tableau, and other tools to uncover trends and inform decisions.
• Apply statistical methods to generate actionable insights across clinical, commercial, product, and market questions.
• Develop scalable reports, dashboards, models, and self-serve tools.
• Build and maintain analytical assets integrating multiple data sources for accessibility and trust.
• Mentor peers and promote rigorous analytical communication.
