Job summary

Bounteous is seeking a Director of Analytics to act as a senior strategic advisor and hands-on analytics leader for client engagements. You will guide measurement strategy workshops, lead project teams, and stay close to technical work while shaping how clients think about analytics.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience with Adobe Analytics and CJA in an agency setting, plus strong leadership, client-facing skills, and a proven ability to drive data-driven decisions at a senior level.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
• 8+ years in an agency or client-facing consulting environment, in a senior/lead role.
• Proven ability to build trust with client stakeholders and shape strategy at senior level.
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring consultants or analysts.
• Strong business acumen with experience in proposals, scoping, or account growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of leading workshops.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients shaping analytics, testing, and data-driven decisions.
• Lead measurement strategy workshops defining goals and KPIs.
• Guide delivery teams with hands-on analytics work alongside the team.
• Define technical design for Adobe Analytics and CJA implementations and review docs.
• Maintain deep expertise in Analytics, Workspace, segmentation, and calculated metrics.
• Oversee tagging strategies, data layer QA, and ensure reliable data capture.
• Contribute to test-and-learn programs and experimentation strategy using Adobe tools.
• Set standards for analytics strategy, dashboards, and reporting across the team.
• Mentor consultants, manage staffing and support proposals/pricing for engagements.
