Job summary

Huge is seeking an Associate Director of Analytics & Insights to join the Strategy team in shaping measurement for digital assets and national media programs. You will analyze data, derive actionable insights, and partner with internal teams and clients to optimize campaigns and creatives.

You will lead a small group of analysts, guide project budgets and resource allocation, and help develop analytics materials for pitches, RFIs and SOWs.

Qualifications

• Storytelling with data to communicate insights clearly.
• Strong team leadership with ability to empower analysts.
• Familiarity with statistical modeling, segmentation and value analysis.
• Experience reporting on web, ads, social, email and ecommerce activity.
• Proficiency in A/B testing, MVT, and experimental design.

Responsibilities

• Partner with creative, strategy, planning and tech teams to drive client recommendations.
• Lead a small team of analysts, overseeing deliverables, budgets and resources.
• Consult on web analytics platforms, implementation and remediation.
