Job summary

HDR is seeking an Analytics & Automation Lead to drive enterprise Power BI reporting and automation across the Global Technology Group. You will translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions, partnering with stakeholders to deliver measurable value and governance.

Responsibilities include designing dashboards, automating workflows, and ensuring data quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and adoption of new solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related field.
• Minimum 5 years of application management experience is preferred.
• Experience designing and delivering analytics, reporting, and automation solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, development, and support of enterprise Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Create intuitive visualizations that transform complex data into meaningful business insights and executive-level reporting.
• Develop reporting solutions and KPI dashboards for monitoring performance and decision-making.
• Optimize report performance using DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and best practices.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate; drive adoption.
• Integrate automation across enterprise apps, SharePoint, Teams, databases, APIs, and other systems.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance production automation solutions.
• Design and maintain secure, scalable data models; transform data from multiple systems.
• Apply data governance, privacy, and security standards across solutions.
• Partner with leadership to understand objectives and evaluate requests; assess value.
• Document architecture, data sources, transformations, and technical standards.
