Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Power BI Developer/Business Analytics Consultant to build executive dashboards and analytics for Americas operations. You will transform complex data into visualizations, standard KPI frameworks, and scalable reporting solutions that drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or foreign equivalent.
• 5+ years in BI/analytics, dashboards, or related fields.
• Experience designing enterprise dashboards and executive reporting.
• Experience automating reporting processes and scalable analytics.
• Define KPIs with stakeholders and align performance metrics.
• Strong data modeling and BI best practices.
• Proven ability to present findings to leadership.
• Ability to standardize reporting methodologies across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive reporting and KPI dashboards for Americas operations.
• Automate proposal reporting and workflows.
• Design Power BI dashboards supporting multiple sites.
• Create reporting solutions based on aerospace/manufacturing analytics.
• Standardize KPI definitions and dashboard formats.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and BI scalability.
• Present data-driven insights to management for strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance across dashboards.
