Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Business Analytics Manager to lead analytics across sites, mentor analysts, and drive strategic data insights. You will champion modern analytics tools and own the analytics strategy and execution, partnering with Operations, HR, and Finance.

The role requires strong leadership, SQL, Power BI, and experience building data pipelines, with significant cross-functional collaboration and onsite work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Proven experience leading analytics teams or cross-functional projects.
• Advanced Power BI proficiency and SQL; scripting in Python or R.

Responsibilities

• Oversee analytics across multiple sites and mentor site-level analysts.
• Set analytics vision and standards; improve processes for value.
• Develop and deploy Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Design and manage data pipelines from diverse sources (ETL).
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Finance to deliver solutions.
• Promote data literacy and governance across the organization.
• Stay current with analytics trends and drive automation.
• Support startup sites by implementing analytics frameworks.
