Job summary

Revelyst is seeking a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst focused on Allocation & Fulfillment in Irvine, CA. You will partner with dealer service and customer service to optimize delivery, manage ERP jobs, and report DIFOT and SLA performance weekly.

You will collaborate with Supply Planning, Merchandising, and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery, stock accuracy, and revenue impact awareness. Strong Excel, SAP, and BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years experience in Allocation & Fulfillment, Sales Operations, or similar

Responsibilities

• Manage sales order allocation & fulfillment rules to optimize fulfillment
• Report DIFOT and KPI performance weekly
• Maintain customer master and allocation priority logic
• Coordinate with supply planning to cover demand with POs
• Provide weekly outbound delivery forecasts for NA centers
• Collaborate with merchandising to time product launches
• Monitor stock transfers and ensure on-time delivery
