Job summary

Revelyst, Irvine, CA, seeks a Senior Supply Planner to own the end‑to‑end supply plan for a brand, balancing demand with constraints like MOQ and vendor capacity. You will coach planners, standardize processes, and influence S&OP outcomes in a high‑visibility role.

You will collaborate across Demand Planning, Finance, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Logistics to ensure on‑time production, delivery, and allocation. Strong analytics and AI‑driven reporting are valued.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in supply planning, production planning, or inventory management.
• Ability to lead and coach peers in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills across functions.
• Experience with AI tools for daily analysis and reporting.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Finance, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Logistics to ensure timely production and delivery.
• Lead lifecycle management and align supply strategies with NPI and end-of-life transitions.
• Monitor KPIs and resolve supply and inventory issues with cross-functional teams.
• Support monthly reporting Deliverables (supply plans, E&O analysis, OTIF metrics).
