Job summary

Revelyst is seeking an experienced Director of Global Logistics to lead the global operations team overseeing manufacturing and distribution logistics, sourcing, and supply chain activities. The role focuses on building end-to-end strategies, processes, analytics, technology, and continuous improvement to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.

The position reports to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and is based in Carlsbad, Irvine, Rantoul, IL or Stockton, CA, with responsibility for the

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
A Master's degree is preferred.
12+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
7+ years in a leadership role, preferably in consumer goods logistics.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement global logistics strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage the global logistics team to ensure high performance.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production to ensure seamless operations.
Oversee end‑to‑end global logistics processes including transportation and 3rd party warehousing.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and industry standards.
Negotiate with global and regional logistics suppliers to meet cost and service targets.
