Qualifications

• 3+ years in Supply Chain, Planning, Inventory or Logistics.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain planning and inventory operations.
• Hands‑on with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion or SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• Analytical mindset with good problem‑solving ability.
• Clear communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support daily and weekly supply planning, inventory planning, and purchase order execution.
• Monitor inbound shipments, freight, inventory levels, and factory commitments.
• Analyze inventory and supply‑chain reports to identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Operations teams.
• Maintain and update supply allocation, purchase orders, and planning information in ERP systems.
• Track supplier performance, delivery schedules, shortages, and supply constraints.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data analysis using Microsoft Excel and other tools.
• Support supply‑chain planning systems and assist with system testing and data validation.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for business stakeholders.
• Support ad‑hoc analysis and special supply‑chain projects.
