Job summary

Celonis is seeking a senior Strategic Solutions Director to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth through Oracle partnerships. You will own the transformation narrative, engage with Oracle executives, and drive multi-party sales motions, partnering with Deloitte, PwC, Accenture, and KPMG to unlock joint opportunities.

You will operate across Oracle field teams and Celonis account executives, influencing program reviews and co-sell outcomes while reporting to the SVP, Strategic Global

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise software sales, alliance and co-sell, value engineering, or related roles.
• Direct experience with the Oracle ecosystem and related applications.
• Strong ability to translate product capabilities into business outcomes.
• Experience in co-sell or partner-led GTM motions with measurable results.
• Executive presence and credibility with VP/C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Celonis solution narrative for Oracle accounts and develop transformation maps.
• Lead executive-level conversations with customer leadership and Oracle counterparts.
• Drive high-value joint plays including Oracle EBS-to-Fusion modernization and OCI deployments.
• Generate net-new pipeline and revenue through Oracle partnership-led motions.
• Build relationships with Oracle field counterparts and align cross-organizational teams.
• Co-build joint account plans and drive coordinated pursuit strategies.
• Represent Celonis at Oracle events and in field programs.
• Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles across multiple parties.
• Enable Celonis teams on the Oracle Alliance play and scale joint training.
