Job summary

Celonis is hiring a senior Strategic Solutions Director to own the Oracle transformation narrative and co-sell strategy. You will drive pipeline and revenue with Oracle account teams, engaging executives and alliance partners to accelerate adoption of Celonis Process Intelligence within Oracle Fusion Cloud and related ecosystems.

You will partner with Oracle field teams, Deloitte/ PwC/ Accenture/ KPMG, and Celonis teams to shape joint go-to-market plans, lead strategic conversations, and

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise software sales or related roles with co-sell experience.
• Direct experience with Oracle ecosystem (Fusion Cloud, EBS, OCI, NetSuite) or similar.
• Ability to own the transformation narrative end-to-end with executives.
• Experience in formal co-sell or partner-led GTM motions with measurable outcomes.
• Executive presence and influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the Celonis solution narrative for Oracle accounts and develop value cases.
• Lead executive-level solution conversations with customer leadership and Oracle teams.
• Drive high-value joint plays: EBS-to-Fusion modernization, OCI deployments, Fusion AI.
• Generate net-new pipeline and revenue through Oracle partnership-led motions.
• Build relationships with Oracle field counterparts and co-build account plans.
• Represent Celonis at Oracle events and align across Celonis and Oracle teams.
