Job summary

Celonis, the global leader in Process Mining, is seeking a Senior Strategic Solutions Director to drive Oracle-related pipeline and revenue in North America. You’ll overlay Celonis transformation narratives with Oracle account plans, partnering with Oracle sales teams and top-tier global partners.

In this role you’ll lead executive-level conversations, shape joint go-to-market plays, and orchestrate multi-party deals that accelerate Oracle Fusion deployments and OCI-based outcomes.

Qualifications

• Own and evolve the Celonis solution narrative for Oracle accounts.
• Lead executive-level solution conversations with customer leadership and Oracle counterparts.
• Drive the highest-value joint plays in accounts: Oracle EBS-to-Fusion modernization, Process Intelligence on OCI deployments, and Fusion AI enablement.
• Generate net-new pipeline and revenue for Celonis through Oracle partnership-led sales motions.
• Build and maintain relationships with Oracle field counterparts, including AE, Solution Engineers, CSMs, and Industry Strategists.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Celonis solution narrative for Oracle accounts in your coverage area: the transformation maps, value cases, executive POVs, and reusable solution accelerators.
• Lead the executive-level solution conversation with customer leadership and Oracle counterparts, partnering closely with Celonis Value Engineering and Solution Engineering.
• Drive the highest-value joint plays in your accounts: Oracle EBS-to-Fusion modernization, Process Intelligence on OCI deployments, and Fusion AI enablement.
