Job summary

Celonis, a global leader in Process Mining, seeks a Senior Strategic Solutions Director to drive Oracle-focused pipeline, new-logo acquisition, and revenue growth. You will align with Oracle sales, work with Deloitte/PwC/Accenture, and own transformation narratives to accelerate Oracle Fusion adoption.

You will operate as a trusted executive advisor, coordinating multi-party efforts across Celonis and Oracle teams, and will report to the SVP of Strategic Global Partnerships & Market Activation.

Qualifications

• Senior solutions-led overlay role focused on driving pipeline for Oracle accounts.
• Requires deep enterprise sales experience and alliance/co-sell execution credibility.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Celonis solution narrative for Oracle accounts across coverage area.
• Lead executive-level solution conversations with customer leadership and Oracle counterparts.
• Drive high-value joint plays: Oracle EBS-to-Fusion modernization, OCI deployments, Fusion AI enablement.
• Generate net-new pipeline and revenue through Oracle partnership-led motions.
• Build relationships with Oracle field counterparts and cross-functional Celonis teams.
• Co-build joint account plans with Celonis and Oracle Account Executives and RVPs.
