Job summary

Arora Engineers LLC seeks a Project Manager to lead architectural and building design and construction projects at Raleigh-Durham International Airport.

You will manage consultants and contractors, monitor budgets, coordinate tenants and other departments, and ensure schedules and standards are met across a growing airport portfolio.

Education: Bachelor's in Architecture or building engineering; 3+ years airport PM experience; LEED AP preferred; PM certification optional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or building engineering.
• 3+ years of project management experience at a commercial service airport.
• LEED AP certification preferred; licensed architect/engineer desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex projects and coordinate with consultants, contractors, tenants and airport departments.
• Prepare, monitor and maintain operating and capital budgets for projects.
• Analyze drawings and specifications for conformance to standards and schedules.
• Plan, organize and direct work on building infrastructure projects and promote consensus.
• Create and manage project schedules to meet deadlines.
