STV Construction Incorporated seeks an experienced Project Manager - Aviation to join our national aviation team onsite in Raleigh, NC. The Project Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships and drive projects to meet schedule, budget and profit targets in airport environments.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or similar, and 7+ years of construction or PM experience; excellent communication and leadership are

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or similar designation is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Experience leading projects in aviation or airport environments is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate cross-functional activities for project deliverables, schedule and budget.
• Lead initiation, execution, control and closeout phases; manage proposals and scopes.
• Plan and execute environmental, design and construction activities; manage budgets and invoicing.
• Monitor manpower, cost, schedule, quality, communications and risk to optimize client service.
