Job summary

Mead & Hunt in Chicago or Bloomington locations seeks an Experienced Project Manager to lead architecture projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, and resources. You will develop client relationships, proposals, and ensure quality control.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering (NCARB/PE preferred) with at least 7 years of project experience and 2+ years in PM; airport project experience is a plus, as are LEED/AP credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field from an accredited college/university.
• At least 7 years of relevant project experience with at least 2 years of project management experience.
• Or, if no degree, at least 11 years of relevant airport project experience with at least 2 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing medium to large projects for budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Developing and managing client contacts to secure future work.
• Developing proposals including scope and pricing.
• Providing project quality control.
• Developing and delivering presentations to clients, partners, and AHJs.
• Other tasks as assigned.
