Zusammenfassung

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Planning Manager II to lead the planning team, driving strategic initiatives to optimize production schedules and meet business goals in a fast-paced environment.

You will apply deep supply chain knowledge to develop tooling, material and manpower plans, coordinate with engineering and other functions, and guide improvements in scheduling processes while ensuring security clearance requirements are addressed where applicable.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 9+ years of experience in operations with at least 2+ years in leadership.
• Familiarity with Boeing Maintenance Technical Documents.
• Aircraft Maintenance Planning Experience on Boeing Aircraft like 747/757/767/777/787.

Aufgaben

• Develop tooling, material and scheduling requirements from engineering specifications and production timelines.
• Use Boeing Technical Data to create maintenance planning schedules.
• Track and create manpower requirements for scheduled maintenance.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify schedule opportunities and remove constraints.

Ausbildung

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

Master's degree in a related field
