WRITER seeks a visionary AI transformation lead to drive change across Fortune 50–100 accounts, translating the WRITER platform into measurable P&L impact. You’ll partner with executives to move from AI experimentation to value realization and influence product roadmaps.

You will sit at the intersection of business strategy and technology, leading cross-functional teams, guiding ROI initiatives, and shaping how large brands adopt AI at scale.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50–100 companies.
• Mastery of change management and strategic thinking with the ability to set vision and define frameworks.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills used to lead boards and cross‑functional teams.
• A curious mindset and active listening style that marks you as a genuine leader.
• Strong background in management consulting or strategy advisory.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers while guiding ROI and value initiatives with a customer success partner.
• Act as a strategic transformation partner for large enterprises, defining vision and JTBD with leadership.
• Build and manage C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor to prioritize AI at the executive level.
• Lead value realization and ROI delivery by framing P&L impact through data and interviews.
• Orchestrate complex cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Identify expansion opportunities with sales through cross-sell and upsell efforts.
• Scale transformation practices by producing decks, frameworks, and communications for the team.
