Writer in New York City is seeking a visionary AI transformation lead who can architect enterprise change beyond software implementation. You will translate the WRITER platform into measurable P&L impact and guide executives through an AI-first operating model.

This hybrid role sits at the intersection of business strategy and cutting-edge tech, influencing product roadmaps and helping world‑class brands realize value at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for large enterprises.
• Proven track record of building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations.
• Experience translating AI capabilities into measurable P&L impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Fortune 50-100 customers and drive ROI/value initiatives with success manager.
• Set vision and define JTBD framework with leadership to drive AI adoption.
• Build and manage C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor for AI priorities.
• Lead value realization and ROI delivery through analyses framing P&L impact.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs across stakeholders, manage escalations and risks.
• Identify expansion opportunities with sales on cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
• Create scalable transformation playbooks and communications for the team.
