Job summary

WRITER is seeking a visionary and execution‑oriented AI Transformation Lead Manager to lead a team of transformation leads serving our most strategic Fortune 100 accounts. In this role, you’ll coach a team that translates the WRITER platform into measurable P&L impact and helps executives move to an AI‑first operating model.

You’ll sit at the intersection of people leadership and business strategy, shaping how transformation work scales and aligning with WRITER’s product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic account management, transformation consulting, or customer success leadership for Fortune 50‑100 companies.
• 3+ years of direct people‑management experience leading high‑performing teams.
• Mastery of change management and strategic thinking with ability to set vision and translate capabilities to measurable outcomes and P&L impact.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills used to lead boards and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of AI Transformation Leads, setting quarterly goals and supporting career growth.
• Set the vision and standard for ROI and value realization across Fortune 100 accounts, ensuring measurable P&L impact.
• Build and maintain executive relationships at strategic accounts, serving as senior escalation point and trusted advisor.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence roadmap and scale transformation playbooks.
• Drive team performance and customer health through goal-setting and expansion opportunities.
