Job summary

ClickUp is seeking a Strategic Solutions Engineer to act as a technical partner to our Sales and Success orgs, driving new business, expanding existing accounts, and accelerating revenue growth. You will design PoV projects, deliver compelling technical presentations, and build dashboards for client leadership.

The role requires 6+ years in a customer-facing tech role, strong AI/automation credentials, and the ability to travel up to 50% with a hybrid in-person cadence in San Diego.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer facing role with technology.
• Experience designing and implementing AI-driven workflow automation.
• Experience with enterprise client engagements and RFPs.
• Strong ability to influence technical and executive audiences.
• Hybrid work with in-person meetings in San Diego HQ.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and success to deliver technical presentations explaining products and integrations.
• Design, develop, deploy and manage PoV projects for customers.
• Build custom reports and dynamic dashboards for clients' management teams.
• Support with functional and technical elements of RFPs.
• Stay current on feature releases and maintain updated demo spaces.
