Job summary

ClickUp is seeking a Senior Strategic Services Consultant focused on AI Agent Deployment for high-impact, end-to-end customer engagements. You will design and deploy ClickUp Certified Agents, optimize workspaces, and drive ROI through agentic automation.

You will lead discovery, governance, and delivery, balancing strategic advisory with hands-on configuration, enabling scale through repeatable playbooks and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a customer-facing role in B2B SaaS or similar
• Experience delivering AI-enabled automation (agents, copilots, workflow automation) in production
• Proven ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder implementations with strong PM and executive comms
• Strong process-mapping and solution-design skills
• Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting in workflow platforms and SaaS tools
• Understanding of prompt design and guardrail configuration
• Excellent written communication; producing crisp requirements and plans

Responsibilities

• Own senior stakeholder relationships; align agent deployments to business priorities and measurable outcomes
• Lead discovery to identify high-value workflows for automation and translate goals into a delivery roadmap
• Provide governance, risk controls, and adoption strategies for AI-enabled workflows
• Manage ongoing post-launch relationships; monitor adoption and outcomes; coordinate cross-functional teams
• Kickoff through launch for Certified Agent engagements with scope and timeline control
• Document requirements, build packages, and secure signoffs; map current and future state processes
• Configure agents and workflows; apply prompting best practices and standards
• Drive UAT, internal validation, and customer validation to ensure outcomes meet requirements
• Develop launch readiness plans; enable admins and end-users; support post-launch stabilization
• Produce customer-facing docs (process maps, prompts, use-case walkthroughs)
• Establish and track KPIs; identify expansion opportunities with Sales/CS
