Job summary

Wpromote is seeking a Director of AI Solutions to lead AI initiatives, shape the Polaris IQ intelligence layer, and deliver AI-enabled workflows. You will own end-to-end deployed AI solutions, partner with Product Management, Software Engineering, and Data Engineering, and mentor 2-3 junior AI strategists.

The role demands hands-on AI development, a strategic product mindset, exceptional communication to translate technical approaches for executives, and a track record of delivering production

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of experience in marketing (agency/brand) roles focused on client service, product, or technology.
• 2+ years shipping and operating production AI systems, including orchestration and API integration.
• Excellent communication to translate technical approaches to executives and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship AI solutions to automate workflows and extend Polaris IQ’s capabilities.
• Own the full lifecycle of deployed AI solutions—maintenance, enhancements, and re-platforming.
• Partner with GTM/Sales, Product Management, Software Engineering, and Data Engineering to identify opportunities.
• Coach and develop 2–3 junior AI strategists.

• We’re looking for a Director of AI Solutions to join our AI team at Wpromote, reporting into the Head of AI Strategy & Innovation
• You’ll be responsible for AI solutions that automate real workflows, sharpen decision-making, and extend Polaris IQ’s intelligence layer
• This position requires deep hands‑on experience building with AI and a strategic mindset that understands product design / UX and technical feasibility
• You’ll partner closely with Product Management, Software Engineering, and Data Engineering, and work with department leads from all disciplines to shape the future of AI at Wpromote
