Wpromote is seeking a Director of AI Solutions to lead AI initiatives, partnering across GTM, Product, Software, and Data teams. You will build AI workflows, orchestrate deployment, and extend Polaris IQ's intelligence layer for internal and client-facing use.

The role requires 7+ years in marketing/agency or brand tech, 2+ years shipping production AI systems, and strong leadership with a strategic mindset. Remote-first with hybrid offices in LA/Chicago/NY. Competitive bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing-related roles focused on client service, product, or technology.
• 2+ years shipping and operating production AI systems with orchestration, tool-use protocols, API integration, and SQL/data warehousing.
• Experience coaching and developing early-career talent.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate tech to executives.
• Experience collaborating with Dev/Engineering and Product teams.
• First-principles problem solving.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and move concepts to build.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship AI solutions to automate workflows and create capabilities.
• Own full lifecycle of deployed AI solutions including maintenance and re-platforming.
• Architect to integrate into Polaris IQ's shared intelligence layer.
• Partner with Head of AI and stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities.
• Manage and develop 2-3 Jr. AI Strategists with coaching and growth planning.
