Job summary

Wpromote is seeking a Director of AI Solutions to lead AI initiatives that automate workflows, sharpen decision-making, and extend Polaris IQ’s intelligence layer. You will design, build, and deploy enterprise AI across client accounts, reporting to the Head of AI Strategy & Innovation.

This client-facing, forward-deployed role requires hands-on AI expertise and a strategic product mindset, partnering with Strategy, Product, Data Eng, and clients to drive value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketing (agency-side or brand-side) focused on client service, product, or technology.
• 2+ years hands-on experience shipping and operating enterprise production AI systems with API integration and SQL/data warehouse fluency (BigQuery preferred).
• Experience managing and developing early-career talent.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical approaches into executive value.
• Experience collaborating with Client Strategy, Product Management, and Data Engineering teams.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and move quickly from concept to build.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship AI solutions to automate workflows and extend Polaris IQ’s capabilities.
• Own full lifecycle of deployed AI solutions from concept to maintenance and re-platforming.
• Architect solutions integrating with Polaris IQ, third-party tools, and client systems.
• Partner with the Head of AI and cross-functional teams to identify high-value opportunities.
• Mentor 1–3 AI Strategists / Engineers and plan growth.
