Job summary
Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead multi-team initiatives across Finance, Product, and Engineering, driving AI adoption and governance. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, executive communication, and organizational change management.
You will own end-to-end programs, influence senior leaders, and mentor peers. The position is hybrid, based in downtown Seattle, requiring in-office presence four days a week.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; MBA or master’s degree a plus.
- 8+ years of program or project management experience, cross-functional leadership.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools including AI agents, skills, and connectors.
- Proven track record delivering AI/automation initiatives across functions.
- Change management at the organizational level.
- Strong PowerPoint and executive communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret data in Excel and SQL.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-team programs end-to-end, including AI readiness adoption.
- Drive AI adoption in Finance workflows and governance across Finance, Product, and Engineering.
- Develop executive-level presentations and secure senior leadership alignment.
- Set up and run program management practices in Confluence and Jira.
- Coach and mentor program managers and analysts on AI practices.
