Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager within Nordstrom Finance to lead end-to-end programs modernizing finance with AI and automation. You will drive adoption of AI tools, coordinate with Finance, Product, and Engineering, and manage change across teams.

You will build timelines, manage dependencies, and keep partners aligned on shipping plans. The role requires strong communication, data literacy, and program governance in a hybrid Seattle office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience is required.
• 4+ years of experience in program or project management, operations, analytics, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, including AI agents, skills, and connectors, and knowledge of AI best practices.
• Experience with change management or adoption work.
• Program management organization skills, with working experience in Confluence and Jira.
• Ability to read and interpret data in Excel and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs and workstreams end-to-end, including Looker migration and finance AI/automation initiatives.
• Drive adoption of AI agents, skills, and connectors across Finance, and share best practices with analyst teams.
• Identify where AI and automation can remove manual work and partner with analysts and engineers to scope, pilot, and roll out solutions.
• Lead change management for new tools and processes, including communications, training, and adoption tracking.
• Build executive-level status updates and risk mitigations in PowerPoint.
• Run program cadences and track work in Confluence and Jira.
