Nordstrom is seeking a data analytics and AI-minded Program Manager to lead end-to-end programs within Finance, Product, and Engineering. The role focuses on adopting AI and automation, building timelines, managing dependencies, and driving change across teams in a hybrid Seattle setting.

You will own initiatives like AI adoption, Looker migrations, and finance automation, while delivering executive-ready updates and maintaining alignment with partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA a plus.
• 4+ years in program or project management, operations, analytics, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, including AI agents, skills, and connectors.
• Experience with change management or adoption programs.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive communication skills.
• Program management organization skills, with working experience in Confluence and Jira.
• Ability to read and interpret data in Excel and SQL.
• Financial literacy and comfort working with finance partners.
• Finance, data, or retail experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own programs and workstreams end-to-end across Finance, Product, and Engineering.
• Drive AI adoption across Finance; share best practices with analysts.
• Identify where AI can remove manual work; scope, pilot, and roll out solutions.
• Lead change management including communications, training, and adoption tracking.
• Build executive-level status updates and presentations.
• Run program cadences and track work in Confluence and Jira.
• Keep cross-functional partners aligned and escalate blockers early.
