Nordstrom is seeking a data analytics and AI-minded Program Manager to lead end-to-end programs within Finance, Product, and Engineering. The role focuses on adopting AI and automation, building timelines, managing dependencies, and driving change across teams in a hybrid Seattle setting.

As retail continues to evolve and challenges become increasingly complex and cross functional, Nordstrom Finance is changing its way of working and AI is a big part of that. The Data Analytics, Insights & AI team is building the capabilities, reporting, and ways of working that move Finance from reactive requests to strategic insight. You'll join the Program Management pillar and help drive that work across Finance, Product, and Engineering. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Program Management.
You will own programs and workstreams end-to-end, with a focus on helping Finance teams adopt AI and automation in their everyday work. You'll build timelines, track dependencies, manage change, and keep partners aligned on what's shipping and when.

$93,500.00 - $155,000.00 Annual
