Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager—AI/ML to join the Discovery Product Management team in Seattle, WA. This role is hybrid with in-office coordination at the corporate headquarters, requiring at least four days per week on site to be considered.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to shape AI-native discovery experiences that help customers find products they love, define roadmaps, run experiments, and guide launches from ideation to delivery.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product management experience with increasing scope.
• Track record in AI/ML products for consumer or ecommerce platforms.
• Technical fluency to partner with engineers and data scientists.
• Strong analytics and experimentation to drive decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication at senior levels.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and set direction.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the AI/ML discovery roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to craft discovery experiences.
• Translate shopper insights into AI-powered search and recommendations.
• Design, run, and interpret AB tests to inform investment decisions.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and plan launches.
