Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior AI Project Manager to lead complex AI-driven and IT initiatives across a growing portfolio. You will translate ambiguity into structured delivery, owning end-to-end programs and coordinating with technical teams and C-suite stakeholders.

You will manage multiple high-priority workstreams, develop risk plans, and drive governance with cross-functional partners, including IT, Security, Eng., and QA. Strong communication and accountability are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or technical IT experience.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Basic familiarity with AI tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills with technical teams and C-suite stakeholders.
• Track record of leading with accountability, clarity, and composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership across multiple high-priority workstreams and be the primary point of accountability for project health.
• Facilitate solution development with SMEs and build comprehensive project plans and risk registers.
• Lead governance and reporting cadences: status meetings, standups, milestone reviews, and executive updates.
• Coordinate with external IT, Security, Engineering, and QA, ensuring accountability to timelines without coding.
• Proficient use of enterprise PM tools like Workfront and collaboration tools like SharePoint and Teams.
• Guide teams through change management and drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Contribute to PMO process development, playbooks, and onboarding materials.
