Job summary

Prolific is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead for Managed Services to own end-to-end delivery of complex AI client programs. You will work directly with clients to understand objectives, translate requirements into successful human data programmes, and coordinate across Prolific teams to ensure delivery excellence.

You will manage client engagement, define scopes, success criteria, and practical delivery plans, while maintaining strong relationships and clear communication throughout the project

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience managing complex client projects.
• Solid understanding of AI technologies and the AI/ML development lifecycle.
• Strong client-facing skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience turning complex or ambiguous client requirements into executable plans.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgement with KPI/budget awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex AI projects, from requirements through execution and completion.
• Act as the primary client contact, building relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project.
• Translate evolving requirements into clear scopes, plans, and success criteria.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product and Engineering to align resources and meet goals.
• Monitor risks and issues, driving solutions to keep delivery on track.
• Track delivery metrics: quality, timelines, budgets, profitability.
• Improve processes, tools, and ways of working as client base grows.
