Job summary

Navanta, a fintech technology partner for community financial institutions, seeks an AI Product Manager remote in the US. You will translate banker workflows into AI-ready semantic models, own accuracy standards, and drive product roadmaps with engineering, design, and client success teams.

Expect collaboration across governance, security, and procurement to scale AI solutions. You will lead discovery with design-partner banks, maintain gating questions, and balance speed, accuracy, and security

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years in product management in enterprise software
• Experience with data or analytics products and AI/ML features
• Demonstrated success with design-partner and early-customer motions and security-gated enterprise sales cycles

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with design-partner banks and translate workflows into product roadmap
• Define and maintain the golden-question set gatekeeping releases
• Prioritize early delivery balancing speed, accuracy, and security in regulated context
• Own the AI product narrative for bankers and procurement stakeholders
• Partner with design and engineering to enable banker-friendly experiences and pilot with clients
• Manage product lifecycle for AI-enabled banking solutions and create collateral and positioning
