You will work with bankers and cross-functional partners to translate strategy into adopted products that improve revenue workflows and operating efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management, AI, analytics, data product, or technology delivery experience.
• 5+ years delivering AI, analytics, automation, or data-enabled products in a regulated environment.
• Experience owning complex products, programs, or portfolios with measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of AI-enabled products from opportunity framing through delivered outcomes.
• Translate business strategy into product priorities, roadmaps, and adoption plans.
• Lead adoption through rollout readiness, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Guide delivery with governance, risk, data privacy, and regulatory requirements built into design.
