Job summary

Associated Bank seeks a Principal Applied AI Product Manager to discover, build, and deliver AI-enabled products improving revenue workflows, banker capacity, and operating efficiency. You will work directly with frontline users, turn business problems into practical capabilities, and own products from discovery through governed release and adoption.

You will lead complex products with limited oversight, coordinating priorities and governance with risk, compliance, data, and technology partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 6+ years in product management, digital product delivery, AI, analytics, or data products.
• 6+ years leading complex products with measurable outcomes.
• Advanced understanding of governed AI delivery and data-enabled product delivery.
• 3+ years influencing cross-functional stakeholders in regulated environments.
• 6+ years partnering with users and business stakeholders to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-enabled products from discovery to governance and adoption.
• Collaborate with bankers and stakeholders to define outcomes and adoption metrics.
• Translate problems into user stories, acceptance criteria, and release scopes.
• Coordinate priorities, testing, and release readiness across teams.
• Ensure responsible AI with risk, privacy, and regulatory considerations.
• Define usage, quality, impact, adoption, and governance metrics.
