- Shape the Future AI Roadmap: Identify emerging AI capabilities, technology trends, and market developments influencing long‑term AI strategy.
- Scout and assess emerging solutions: Monitor AI ecosystem, perform vendor/platform evaluations and build comparative frameworks.
- Explore, experiment, and learn: Conduct proofs of concept and lightweight discovery to validate strategic ideas.
- Inform executive decision-making: Synthesize insights into concise recommendations for senior leaders.
