Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a Principal Applied AI Product Manager to discover, build, and deliver AI-enabled products that improve revenue workflows, banker capacity, operating efficiency, and adoption across Corporate and Commercial Banking.

You will work hands-on with frontline users, turning business problems into practical capabilities and owning products from discovery to governed release and adoption, while meeting risk and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
6+ years of product management or related experience.
3+ years of cross-functional stakeholder influence in regulated environments.
6+ years of experience delivering AI-enabled workflows and data products.

Responsibilities

Own assigned AI-enabled products from discovery through governed release, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Work with bankers and stakeholders to translate needs into defined outcomes and adoption measures.
Translate business problems into user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog priorities, and release scope.
Lead complex products with cross-functional coordination across partners.
Ensure governance, risk, data privacy, and regulatory expectations are built in from the start.
Define and monitor product usage, quality, impact, and risk controls.
Configure practical AI capabilities and integrations that fit bankers’ workflows.
Align stakeholders around decisions and tradeoffs while maintaining accountability.
