Job summary

Associated Bank seeks a Principal Applied AI Product Manager to discover, build and deliver AI-enabled products across Corporate and Commercial Banking. You will collaborate with frontline bankers, translate problems into practical capabilities, and own products from discovery through governed release and adoption.

You will define outcomes, manage governance, ensure responsible AI, and work with risk, data and technology partners to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 6+ years in product management, AI, analytics, or data products.
• 6+ years leading complex products with measurable outcomes.
• Advanced understanding of governed AI and data-enabled delivery.
• 3+ years influencing cross-functional stakeholders in regulated settings.
• 6+ years partnering with users to define problems and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-enabled products from discovery to governed release and adoption.
• Work with bankers and stakeholders to define outcomes and governance.
• Translate problems into user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities.
• Lead complex products with oversight, coordinating priorities and risks.
• Ensure responsible AI with risk, compliance, and privacy built in.
• Define usage, quality, impact, adoption, and risk metrics.
• Deliver AI capabilities including agents, data flows, and integrations.
• Align business, tech, data, and risk partners around decisions.
